Шукаємо сильного Senior Game Designer із системним мисленням та досвідом роботи над великими ігровими проєктами.

Основний фокус ролі: проєктування gameplay- та meta-систем, progression, economy, balance і довгострокового розвитку продукту.

Основні обов’язки:

  • Проєктувати та розвивати core gameplay і meta-системи
  • Працювати з progression, economy, rewards, balance і difficulty
  • Будувати зв’язки між різними системами гри
  • Писати та підтримувати GDD і спеки фічей
  • Вести фічі від ідеї до реалізації та аналізу результатів
  • Формувати гіпотези та брати участь в A/B тестах
  • Працювати з аналітикою та продуктовими метриками
  • Працювати разом із Producer, Developers, UI/UX, Analysts, Artists та іншими спеціалістами
  • Рев’ювати реалізацію фічей та стежити, щоб результат відповідав design intent
  • Використовувати AI-інструменти для research, документації, аналізу та прототипування
  • AI-Native Workflow: вільно використовуєте AI-інструменти для ресерчу, генерації ідей, прототипування та написання документації.

Вимоги:

  • 5+ років досвіду на позиції Game Designer у mobile-проєктах (F2P / casual / mid-core).
  • Досвід роботи над великими ігровими проєктами
  • Сильне продуктове мислення: розуміння не тільки як працює фіча, а й навіщо вона потрібна гравцю та продукту
  • Базове володіння Unity (налаштування, складання прототипів)
  • Портфоліо з проєктами над якими працювали
  • Хороше розуміння: core / meta loops, progression, retention mechanics

Буде плюсом:

  • Досвід роботи з проєктом від старту з нуля до запуску та подальшого розвитку live-продукту
  • Глибокі знання Unity
  • Сильна експертиза в game balance та economy
  • Поглиблене розуміння монетизації
  • Досвід роботи з різними жанрами ігор
  • Досвід роботи над online / social games
  • Практичний досвід з LiveOps
  • Досвід mentoring / review інших Game Designers
