About the role

Virtasant is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant to support a short-term client assessment. The consultant will evaluate the client's existing Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) environment, review current configurations and business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend additional Oracle modules or capabilities to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle Fusion implementation and configuration experience, particularly across Finance and related enterprise modules, combined with strong functional consulting, business process analysis, and advisory skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess the client's existing Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration, functionality, and business processes.
  • Review current Finance and related enterprise module implementations to identify configuration gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate business processes and functionality currently managed outside Oracle Fusion and identify opportunities to leverage Oracle capabilities.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, functional gaps, and opportunities to streamline operations.
  • Recommend configuration changes, process improvements, and additional Oracle Fusion modules or capabilities.
  • Provide functional recommendations aligned with business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS).
  • Functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and related finance processes.
  • Experience assessing existing Oracle Fusion environments and identifying configuration or process improvements.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Oracle Fusion functionality.
  • Strong functional consulting, analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to provide actionable recommendations on Oracle functionality, modules, and capabilities. Nice-to-haves
  • Experience across multiple Oracle Fusion enterprise modules beyond Finance.
  • Experience conducting ERP assessments, optimization reviews, or application health checks.
  • Experience advising clients on Oracle Fusion module adoption and functionality expansion.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements analysis skills.
