Role Overview

The CRM & Data Support role ensures that all lead and deal information is accurate, up to date, and properly organized within the companys systems.

This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting reporting, and keeping workflows running smoothly.

Success in this role comes from attention to detail, consistency, and a strong understanding of process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate lead and deal records within the CRM
  • Update statuses, notes, and task assignments consistently
  • Review data for accuracy, duplicates, and missing information
  • Support reporting by organizing and maintaining clean datasets
  • Follow established workflows and data standards
  • Assist teams with system-related updates and organization
  • Flag data issues or inconsistencies for resolution

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort working inside CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Ability to follow processes and maintain consistency
  • Clear written communication
  • Basic understanding of real estate workflows is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace
