The Data Miner / Social Media Scraper supports real estate teams by sourcing, organizing, and maintaining accurate lead data from online platforms and public sources.

This role focuses on identifying potential opportunities, gathering relevant information, and ensuring data is clean and usable for outreach and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify property-related posts, owner signals, and relevant data points
  • Collect and organize contact and property information accurately
  • Input and update data within the CRM or tracking systems
  • Follow clear guidelines for data quality and consistency
  • Flag incomplete or questionable data for review
  • Support outreach and marketing teams with reliable lead lists
