The posting

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Data Entry Officer (Accounts) within the Logistics / Administration Department.

The ideal candidate shall effectively and accurately carry out data entry and administrative support activities, ensuring all operational, procurement, and logistics-related information is correctly recorded, updated, and maintained in the system in a timely manner.

This role requires strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of data while supporting smooth day-to-day business operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
  • Enter invoices, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, and accounting data into the system.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and record management of finance documents.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounts team for daily accounting activities.
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Assist in fixed assets data entry, petty cash records, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain fixed assets files data.
  • Handle correspondence and administrative support for Finance Department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
  • Support ERP/accounting software data management and reporting activities.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance Department.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
  • Good English communication and writing skills are mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, ERP usage.
  • Good English communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Saudi Nationals only.
