Job Description
Director, Agentic Commerce (GTM focus)
Role Overview
Visa is seeking a Director of Agentic Commerce GTM to serve as the commercialization leader for one of the company's most strategic emerging growth areas. This role is responsible for defining how Visa brings Agentic Commerce capabilities to market, including go-to-market strategy, client engagement, sales enablement, partnership development, ecosystem expansion, and commercialization execution. Success in this role will be measured by market adoption, customer engagement, strategic partnerships, and the ability to translate emerging technology trends into scalable business opportunities for Visa and its clients.
Operating at the intersection of Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Regional teams, this leader will connect emerging capabilities with real-world customer needs, helping shape value propositions, commercialization strategies, and market-entry plans that drive adoption globally. The Director will work closely with clients, fintechs, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate demand, accelerate ecosystem development, and establish repeatable go-to-market motions that scale.
As commerce increasingly evolves to include AI agents, autonomous procurement, intelligent treasury workflows, agent-enabled commerce platforms, and new digital intermediaries, this leader will help clients and partners understand how these shifts are reshaping payments while positioning Visa at the center of the next generation of commerce.
