  • Manage day-to-day partnership relationships with rights holders, artists, festivals, platforms, and activation agencies.
  • Develop and execute experiential activations, content programs, and consumer experiences tied to music partnerships.
  • Ensure partnership activations are consistent with Visa's brand standards while delivering culturally relevant and engaging experiences.

Marketing Services & Client Value Creation:

  • Develop client-facing activation packages leveraging music partnerships, including hospitality, experiential, media extensions, and content opportunities.
  • Partner with Client Marketing and Sales teams to position music partnerships as value-driving solutions for Visa's clients.
  • Support Marketing Services revenue targets by creating scalable, repeatable commercial models tied to music platforms.
  • Develop measurement frameworks that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact for client activations.

Consumer Engagement & Next Gen Relevance:

  • Design music experiences and activations that drive relevance and preference among Next Gen and Affluent consumers.
  • Develop strategies that leverage music partnerships to build long-term consumer engagement and brand differentiation.
  • Ensure music activations connect with broader consumer segment strategies and integrated marketing plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Media and Content teams to amplify music partnerships through paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Collaborate with market teams to adapt and activate music partnerships for local relevance across LAC countries.
  • Work with Finance and Legal teams to manage partnership budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Global Sponsorship & Experiential Marketing to align regional music strategy with global frameworks.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Visa's music partnership portfolio drives measurable consumer engagement, brand preference, and Marketing Services revenue across LAC.
  • Music platforms are scalable and activated consistently across markets and client opportunities.
  • Partnership activations drive relevance and engagement among Next Gen and Affluent audiences.
  • Client activation packages deliver clear ROI and are widely adopted across the region.
  • Strong relationships are maintained with key music partners, rights holders, and platforms.
  • Visa is recognized as a culturally relevant brand through differentiated music experiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
