  • Clarify roles, ownership and handoffs across global, product and regional teams to support consistent execution
  • Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across teams with differing priorities, resources and reporting structures

Team and Budget Management

  • Lead, coach and develop direct reports, establishing clear priorities, expectations and development plans
  • Manage the global CMS Marketing Services budget and direct funding toward the highest-priority growth, commercialization and enablement initiatives
  • Oversee external agency or vendor support where required, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
