  • Du verantwortest die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, Produkten und externen Ressourcen.
  • Du führst Ausschreibungen durch, vergleichst Angebote und erarbeitest fundierte Beschaffungsentscheide.
  • Du verhandelst Verträge, Preise und Konditionen mit Lieferanten und externen Partnern.
  • Du betreust bestehende Lieferantenbeziehungen und identifizierst neue Markt- und Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Du berätst interne Anspruchsgruppen in allen Fragen rund um Einkauf und Beschaffung.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Einkaufsrichtlinien und Vertragsstandards sicher.
  • Du analysierst Ausgaben und Beschaffungsdaten und leitest Optimierungsmassnahmen ab.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Tools im Einkauf mit.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher) in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Wirtschaftsrecht oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Procurement oder Lieferantenmanagement mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie in Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen.
  • Du überzeugst mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick und verstehst es, unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammenzubringen.
  • Du denkst analytisch und vernetzt und arbeitest strukturiert sowie selbstständig.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
  • Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement sowie im Umgang mit Beschaffungs- und Einkaufssystemen mit.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch ist von Vorteil.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, zeigst Eigeninitiative und treibst Themen mit Engagement voran.
