Wat je gaat doen?

Als Application Engineer ben jij dé technische vraagbaak voor onze klanten. Je beantwoordt vragen, lost complexe problemen op en verzorgt trainingen – zowel op afstand als op locatie. Naar mate je meer vertrouwd bent met de materie voer je ook zelfstandig implementaties en projecten uit, en werk je nauw samen met andere consultants, projectmanagers en uiteraard onze klanten.

Concreet betekent dat:

🧠 Helpdesk & support:

  • Klantvragen beantwoorden binnen de afgesproken responstijd
  • Problemen analyseren, vaststellen én oplossen
  • Contact met SolidWorks en andere leveranciers onderhouden
  • Alles netjes documenteren in ons CRM

🎓 Training geven:

  • (Basis en gevorderde) trainingen verzorgen – intern of bij de klant
  • Trainingen updaten of op maat maken voor specifieke klantbehoeften

🛠️ Consultancy & projecten:

  • Volledig zelfstandig consultancyprojecten uitvoeren
  • Implementatieplannen opstellen en uitvoeren
  • Klanten op locatie ondersteunen én verslaglegging verzorgen
  • Meedenken met klanten over optimalisatie en innovatie

Wat we van jou verwachten

Je bent analytisch, klantgericht en hebt een scherp oog voor technische oplossingen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar weet ook precies wanneer je moet afstemmen. Overtuigingskracht en besluitvaardigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Verder heb je (bij voorkeur):

✅ HBO werk- en denkniveau ✅ Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie ✅ Sterke communicatieve én didactische vaardigheden ✅ Kennis van (of ervaring met) SolidWorks is een pre ✅ Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
