Ben jij een ervaren finance professional die graag verantwoordelijk is voor de financiële organisatie in de Benelux? Wat ga je doen?

Als Finance Lead Benelux krijg jij verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiële huishouding van onze activiteiten in Nederland en België. Je bent het financiële aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie en stuurt de finance assistent aan. Samen zorgen jullie voor een betrouwbare administratie, strakke processen en tijdige rapportages.

Je werkt nauw samen met de lokale Managing Director en andere stakeholders binnen de Benelux-organisatie. Tevens ben je nauw in contact met de Global Finance Director. In deze rol ben je dagelijks bezig met zowel de inhoud als met de verbetering van processen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zorg voor juistheid en volledigheid van de finance in de Benelux.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van de finance assistent.
  • Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen, balanscontroles en het opstellen/analyseren van marge- en performance rapportages.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor payrolling, pensioenen en verzekeringen.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan compliance, consolidatie en de voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen en het maken van interne en externe rapportages.
  • Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden, optimaliseren van processen en het adviseren van het management over financiële prestaties.
  • Ondersteunen van de transitie naar een modern, datagedreven finance-landschap.

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent een proactieve finance professional met een analytische blik en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je vindt het leuk om eigenaarschap te pakken, hebt een breed financieel inzicht en durft gevraagd én ongevraagd advies te geven.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar.
  • Circa 3–5 jaar ervaring in controlling, financial management of accountancy.
  • Uitstekend begrip van het grootboek en financiële processen.
  • Sterke Excel-vaardigheden; ervaring met dashboards is een pre.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de wens om samen met de organisatie verder te bouwen.
