Softwarequalität ist bei uns ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor. Als Softwaretester (m/w/d) bist du Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams, das anspruchsvolle Softwaresysteme für industrielle Anwendungen entwickelt. Mit deinem Qualitätsbewusstsein und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise trägst du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklerteams dazu bei, zuverlässige und stabile Softwarelösungen bereitzustellen und unsere Qualitätsstandards kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick:

  • Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung manueller sowie automatisierter Softwaretests für komplexe Softwaresysteme
  • Entwicklung, Pflege und Erweiterung automatisierter Testfälle mit TestComplete
  • Analyse von Anforderungen und Ableitung geeigneter Teststrategien, Testfälle und Testszenarien
  • Dokumentation von Testergebnissen, Fehlern und Abweichungen sowie Nachverfolgung in GitLab
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur frühzeitigen Identifikation und Behebung von Fehlern
  • Durchführung von Regressions-, Integrations- und Systemtests
  • Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Performance und Stabilität
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Testprozessen und Qualitätsstandards

Anforderungen im Überblick

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Informatik, Software, Engineering)
  • ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level oder höher) oder alternativ mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Softwaretesting
  • Gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung, IT-Systemen und technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und agilen Methoden
  • Plus aber kein Muss: Kenntnisse in NDT- oder Röntgentechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung mit TestComplete wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z. B. Jenkins, GitLab CI) sowie Grundkenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python) von Vorteil
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur strukturierten Fehleranalyse und Reproduktion von Bugs
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
