Einblick in die Position

Im Bereich „People, Organization & Communication“ wirkst du aktiv an unserer Unternehmenskommunikation mit: Gemeinsam mit unseren Experten im Team stellst du dich den Herausforderungen im Reputation Management & Employer Branding, nach innen und außen.

  • Deine Aufgaben reichen von der Content Creation bis zur Umsetzung – von der eigenständigen Recherche spannender Stories zu Unternehmenskultur, Arbeiten und Jobs bis hin zur Erstellung von Texten und (Bewegt)Bild, zum Teil in Zusammenarbeit mit Grafik sowie Foto-/Videograf:innen.
  • Du betreust unser Intranet inklusive eines geplanten Relaunchs mit und übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Themenfindung und Contenterstellung für unsere Mitarbeitenden-Zeitung, interne Newsletter und Townhall Meetings.
  • Du unterstützt entlang der gesamten Bandbreite der Public Relations (z. B. bei Sponsorings, Events, Publikationen wie Präsentationen und Flyer) und arbeitest im Redaktionsteam für unseren LinkedIn-Unternehmensaccount mit.

Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, dich im Zuge unseres weiteren globalen Wachstums in spannende Zukunftsprojekte einzubringen.

Anforderungen im Überblick

  • Immatrikulation für einen Studiengang wie BWL, (Personal-/Human Resources)Management, Personalmarketing, Leadership, Change, Unternehmenskommunikation, PR, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftspsychologie
  • Bereitschaft, mindestens 15h/Woche aktiv in unserem Team mitzuwirken
  • Kreativität und ein Talent für Stories und für das Texten sowie ein gutes Gespür für visuelle Gestaltung
  • Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (Website-Erstellung und -Pflege mit SharePoint ist ein Plus)
  • Organisationsstärke sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf Level C2, Englisch mind. C1
