Votre mission

En tant qu' Optométriste, vous contribuez activement à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie de nos clients en leur offrant une prise en charge visuelle complète, personnalisée et basée sur les dernières avancées technologiques.

Vous jouez un rôle clé à la fois dans l'expertise technique, la relation client et le développement de l'activité optométrie.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer une prise en charge globale des clients avec un accompagnement individualisé et orienté satisfaction
  • Réaliser des examens de la vue précis (réfractions) à l'aide d'équipements de pointe
  • Conseiller les clients de manière experte sur les solutions optiques adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Effectuer des adaptations de lentilles de contact avec un haut niveau de professionnalisme
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents acteurs de la santé visuelle
  • Participer activement au développement de l'activité optométrique (qualité, performance, service)
  • Contribuer à la transmission des connaissances et à l'accompagnement des apprentis et des équipes en magasin

Votre profil

  • Bachelor en Optométrie (ou diplôme reconnu en Suisse)
  • Autorisation de pratiquer en Suisse (un atout)
  • Intérêt marqué pour les technologies innovantes et le développement professionnel
  • Orientation client forte avec un excellent sens du service
  • Personnalité dynamique, autonome et rigoureuse
  • Esprit d'équipe et aisance dans un environnement collaboratif
  • Volonté de construire des relations de confiance durables avec la clientèle
