Contexte

Nous recherchons, dès que possible, un(e) Responsable de magasin pour Visilab Eaux-Vives.

Vos responsabilités

  • Vous dirigez un magasin, avec empathie, clarté et un esprit très opérationnel (« hands-on »). Vous garantissez une excellente présentation du point de vente, un service premium et une qualité de conseil personnalisée irréprochable.
  • Vous êtes responsable du développement du chiffre d'affaires, de l'atteinte des KPI et de la satisfaction des collaborateurs, et mettez en place des mesures ciblées pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Vous coachez, développez et accompagnez votre équipe afin d'assurer un succès commercial durable.
  • Vous analysez les données de vente, identifiez les tendances et en déduisez des ajustements opérationnels pertinents.
  • Vous assurez une exécution parfaite en magasin – du merchandising à la conformité de l'assortiment en passant par les activités de trade marketing.
  • Vous gardez une approche orientée solutions même sous pression et dirigez avec rigueur, clarté et exigence de qualité.
  • Vous êtes un modèle et ambassadeur de la marque : vous incarnez les valeurs de Visilab – qualité supérieure, produits personnalisés, conseil individualisé et proximité client authentique.

Ce qui vous distingue

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de magasin dans le segment premium, idéalement en optique.
  • Aisance dans les interactions avec une clientèle variée et exigeante.
  • Leadership affirmé, avec une capacité à développer et motiver des équipes performantes, dans une approche à la fois exigeante et bienveillante.
  • Esprit opérationnel (« hands-on »), sens des solutions et exigence élevée en matière de qualité.
  • Communication claire, inspirante et authentique.
