Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die Gestaltung und Produktion von Werbemitteln im Immobilienbereich – z. B. hochwertige Exposés, Visus, Broschüren, Bautafeln, Anzeigen und Online-Materialien.
  • Du sorgst für eine einheitliche visuelle Kommunikation unserer Bauträgerprojekte – vom ersten Entwurf bis zur finalen Druckfreigabe.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Grafik-/Gestalter-Team sowie den Bauträgern zusammen und setzt deren Vorgaben und Markenrichtlinien professionell um.
  • Du koordinierst Druck- und Produktionsprozesse, überprüfst Druckdaten und stellst sicher, dass alle Medien qualitativ und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.
  • Du bringst dich kreativ in neue Projekte ein und entwickelst Ideen, wie Immobilienprojekte visuell noch stärker präsentiert werden können.
  • Du bist Teil unseres Medien- und Marketingteams und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Design- und Markenstandards im Immobilienbereich.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter/-in Digital und Print, Grafikdesigner/-in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Adobe-Programmen (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) und weißt, wie man druckfähige Daten professionell aufbereitet.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Design, Typografie und Bildsprache – insbesondere, wenn es darum geht, Immobilienprojekte hochwertig und emotional zu präsentieren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert, auch wenn mehrere Projekte parallel laufen.
  • Du bist kommunikativ und teamorientiert - du tauschst dich gerne mit Kollegen und Kunden aus, um das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte, denkst mit und bringst eigene Ideen in die Gestaltung und Produktionsprozesse ein.
