Dann ist das Ihre Chance Als Telefonist/-in (m/w/d) für die Inbound Qualifizierung von Anfragen sprechen Sie mit Privatpersonen welche Interesse am Kauf einer Immobilie haben. (Wichtig, dies ist KEINE Cold Calling-Stelle. Sie rufen warme Kontakte an und qualifizieren diese vor, sowie setzen Termine.)

Bei Interesse senden Sie den Ansprechpartnern Informationsmaterial zu und vereinbaren Termine mit dem Immobilienmakler.

Vorerfahrung nicht erforderlich – Quereinsteiger ausdrücklich willkommen!

  • Telefonischen Erstkontakt mit Immobilieninteressenten
  • Versand von Informationsmaterial an die Bauträger bei Interesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit ihrem Team Leiter und Kunden
  • Die telefonische Vorbereitung und Beratung unserer Interessenten
  • Die Planung sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Termine der Makler und Bauträger

Dein Profil

  • WICHTIG: es ist keine Erfahrung oder Ausbildung im Vertrieb notwendig für diese Stelle
  • Bereitschaft, hart und fleißig zu Arbeiten und viel zu telefonieren
  • Vorerfahrung im Telesales, Kundenmanagement oder Beratung wären von Vorteil (müssen aber nicht)
  • Gute rhetorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sorgfalt und gute Organisationsfähigkeit
