Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workers’ training and prepare for site mobilisation.
  • Prepare site entry documents, including workers’ particulars and required safety documentation.
  • Compile and organise project handover documents upon completion.
  • Prepare, update and maintain project contracts and maintenance agreements.
  • Maintain accurate workers’ timesheets and working-hour records.
  • Provide general administrative and documentation support to the project team.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in project administration or project documentation, preferably in an engineering or construction company.
  • Familiarity with site entry requirements, worker documentation and project handover procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role will be preferred

  • Working Location: Bukit Batok/Ubi
  • Working Hours: 9:00am to 18:00pm (Mon to Fri, Exl. PH)
