Om rollen I vår roll som Business Analyst kommer du att tillsammans med våra andra duktiga kollegor kontinuerligt ta fram underlag för ny funktionalitet i vår WFM-produkt Medvind. I samråd med kunder och deras krav blir det även ditt uppdrag att säkerställa hållbarheten på vår lösning, samt analysera marknadstrender och se till att Medvind förblir marknadsledande. Du kommer i rollen att ingå i ett utvecklingsteam, där ni genom tätt samarbete kommer att kvalitetssäkra vår produkt gentemot marknaden, utvecklingstrender och inte minst våra kunder för att garantera hög kundnöjdhet. Vidare använder du AI som en naturlig del av arbetet för att utveckla arbetsprocesser, effektivisera och identifiera nya möjligheter. Vi erbjuder arbete enligt hybridmodell, där du tillåts arbeta från ett av våra kontor i Göteborg eller Stockholm samt från hemmakontoret.

Vem söker vi? Som person ser vi att du är positiv och utåtriktad, noggrann och ansvarsfull. Du trivs med problemlösning i komplexa miljöer och du vågar utmana dig själv samt dina kollegor med resultatet i fokus.

För att lyckas hos oss ser vi gärna att du har:

- Några års dokumenterad arbetserfarenhet från liknande arbetsuppgifter inom Workforce Management.

- Arbetserfarenhet sedan tidigare av att analysera krav, förstå processer och översätta dessa till lösningar.

- God kommunikationsförmåga i tal och skrift - både i svenska och engelska.

- Goda kunskaper inom schemaläggning, tid och bemanning.

- Ett logiskt tänkande och förmåga att se större sammanhang i komplexa flöden.

- En vana av att utforska och tillämpa AI i ditt arbete för att hitta smartare lösningar, dra insikter och optimera arbetsflöden.

- Kompetens kring användbarhet och UX är meriterande.
