Medvind WFM är en modern, samhällskritisk SaaS-lösning som driftas i både private och public cloud (AWS). Vi moderniserar ständigt vårt erbjudande och söker nu efter en Platform Engineer som brinner för god arkitektur, prestanda, DevSecOps och FinOps.

Om rollen

I rollen blir du en nyckelperson i vårt DevOps-team. Vår plattform bygger i grunden på Microsoft Windows Server och SQL Server, men levereras i en molnarkitektur där vi eftersträvar hög tillgänglighet. I rollen får du ett ansvar för vår plattform med särskilt fokus på följande arbetsuppgifter och områden:

AWS Hosting & Prestanda

Du moderniserar och vidareutvecklar vår infrastruktur. Du ser till att vår plattform alltid är dynamiskt skalbar, feltolerant och redo att hantera hög belastning - både idag och framöver. Vi siktar på att bli mer containerbaserade, så all kunskap och erfarenhet av att gå från monolit till containers är meriterande.

Säkerhet (DevSecOps)

Hos Visma är säkerhet högsta prioritet och vi har branschledande säkerhetskrav. Du implementerar DevSecOps i praktiken genom att se till att vår infrastruktur kontinuerligt hanteras som kod (Infrastructure as Code).

Kostnadsoptimering (FinOps)

Du arbetar proaktivt med FinOps för att säkerställa att vi använder molnet på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt. Detta innebär bland annat att kontinuerligt utvärdera och optimera våra befintliga instanser.

Pipelines (CI/CD)

En av dina uppgifter blir att vara med och designa, bygga och förvalta en sömlös och automatiserad väg från commit till produktion. Vi använder idag GitHub för källkodshantering. Ditt mål är att förbättra denna process så att utvecklingsteamen kan släppa ny funktionalitet utan friktion och nertid.

Installationer / Uppgraderingar

Du kommer stötta teamet i att uppgradera, konfigurera och installera nya och befintliga kunder.

Teknisk support

Vi agerar tredje linje support för kunder med tekniska frågor om miljöer och integrationer.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som har ett starkt tekniskt driv och erfarenhet av att driva plattformsutveckling. Som person är du ansvarstagande, lösningsorienterad och kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska. Du är en lagspelare som trivs i nära samarbete med andra för att driva arbetet framåt och delar gärna med dig av kunskap på ett prestigelöst sätt.

Vi tror att du har:

- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av AWS och bygger arkitektur enligt best practices.

- Är duktig på Infrastructure as Code (IAC).

- Ett inbyggt säkerhetstänk och är bekväm med begrepp som tex DevSecOps.

- Drivs av att automatisera manuella processer och har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att bygga CI/CD-pipelines i verktyg som GitHub Actions, TeamCity eller Octopus Deploy.

- Har ett kostnadsmedvetet mindset (FinOps) och vet hur man optimerar resursanvändning i public cloud.

- Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att drifta Microsoft-stacken (Windows Server, SQL Server).
