Wat je doet als Account Executive

Jij bent het gezicht van NCP Assessments naar buiten. Je benadert nieuwe klanten en verdiept bestaande relaties met een persoonlijke, oprechte aanpak. Door goed te luisteren en mee te denken, vertaal je hun ontwikkelvragen naar passende oplossingen op het gebied van HR, assessments en organisatieadvies. Samen met collega’s zorg je dat onze dienstverlening klanten echt verder helpt – van inzicht naar vooruitgang.

Wij vragen:

  • Mbo of mbo+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in sales, accountmanagement of een commerciële rol;
  • Affiniteit met HR, psychologie of organisatieadvies is een pré;
  • Je bent sociaal, commercieel en gericht op duurzame klantrelaties.
