Die NZYM Group vereint starke Marken im Bereich Fermentation, natürliche Gesundheit und Nahrungsergänzung. Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen, dynamischen E-Commerce-Teams am Standort Hohenbrunn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Werksstudent:in Affiliate Marketing in Teilzeit, um gemeinsam mit uns unser Online-Business auf das nächste Level zu bringen.

Dabei hast du die Chance, mit deinem Know-how und deiner Kreativität unsere digitale Zukunft aktiv mitzugestalten und echten Impact zu schaffen.

Aufgaben

  • Kampagnen begleiten: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Planung und Umsetzung unserer Affiliate- und Influencer-Kampagnen.
  • Netzwerk ausbauen: Du recherchierst passende Partner:innen sowie Content Creator und hilfst dabei, neue, langfristige Kooperationen aufzubauen.
  • Beziehungsmanagement: Du bist die Ansprechperson für unsere Partner, erstellst Briefings und koordinierst Produktversand sowie Veröffentlichungen.
  • Hands-on Operations: Du pflegst unsere Affiliate-Datenbanken, verwaltest Gutscheincodes und behältst den Überblick.
  • Performance Check: Du analysierst den Erfolg laufender Kampagnen und bereitest aussagekräftige Reportings & Learnings vor.

Profil

  • Studium: Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in – idealerweise mit Business oder Digital Background
  • Passion: Du hast ein echtes Interesse an den Themen Gesundheit, Nutrition und E-Commerce.
  • Erste Erfahrung: Erste Einblicke im Bereich Influencer- oder Affiliate-Marketing (z. B. durch Praktika oder eigene Social-Media-Projekte) sind ein Plus, aber kein MUSS.
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und hast Lust, Dinge eigenverantwortlich anzupacken.
  • Kommunikationsfreude: Du schreibst und sprichst fließend Deutsch, zeigst Fingerspitzengefühl im Kontakt mit Partnern und bringst deine Ideen auf den Punkt.
