Die Kernkompetenz der SanumTec GmbH besteht in Produktentwicklung, Fermentation, Perkolation und Abfüllung, kombiniert mit höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, LmHygiene 93/43/EWG und HACCP. Aufgaben

Produktentwicklung / F&E

  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung eines fermentierten Flüssigprodukts im Labormaßstab (5–10 L)
  • Unterstützung bei Literatur- und Patentrecherchen zum Stand der Technik
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Laborversuchen zu Rezeptur und Prozessführung
  • Mithilfe bei mikrobiologischen Untersuchungen, z. B. Bestimmung lebender Mikroorganismen und Stabilitätsprüfungen über die Lagerzeit
  • Unterstützung bei der analytischen und sensorischen Bewertung von Produktproben sowie bei der Datenauswertung
  • Mithilfe bei Produktausmischungen für Neuprodukte

Produktion

  • Aktualisierung von Produktionsdokumenten
  • Überarbeitung der Wareneingangsdokumentation
  • Prüfung von Arbeitsanweisungen auf Richtigkeit und Aktualität und Einpflegen ins neue Qualitätsmanagementsystem

Labor

  • Neuerstellung und Anpassung von Prüfprotokollen
  • Erstellung von Wareneingangsprotokollen für neue Rohstoffe
  • Pflege der Rückstellmuster, inkl. Aussortieren abgelaufener Rohstoff- und Fertigproduktmuster
  • Prüfmittelüberwachung
  • Mikrobiologische Luftkeimmessung mit Agarplatten
  • Archivierung und Ablage von Labordokumenten

Qualitätssicherung & Audit

  • Pflege von Lieferantenzertifikaten und Spezifikationen: Aktualität prüfen, neue Dokumente anfordern, Übersichtsliste führen
  • Organisation der jährlichen externen Rohstoff- und Artikelanalysen (z. B. Pestizide) nach Probenplan
  • Ergänzung der Food-Fraud-Bewertung um neue Zutaten

Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student:in der Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologe, Biotechnologe, Brauwesen, Ernährungswissenschaften, Medizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie oder ähnliches
  • Du besitzt optimalerweise erste praktische Laborerfahrung
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • Du bist organisiert, pragmatisch und arbeitest strukturiert und analytisch
