  • Oversee field-level execution of the fleet management provider’s services, including maintenance coordination, roadside assistance, towing, and related workflows.
  • Help drivers and field teams understand how to request service, report issues, and use available fleet resources.
  • Monitor fleet data and service activity to identify opportunities to reduce downtime, control cost, and improve the driver experience.

Telematics & Vehicle Technology Administration

  • Coordinate the operation of telematics and other in-vehicle technology, , including device health, installation status, data/video availability, alerts, and issue resolution.
  • Work with internal teams and providers to support accurate driver assignments, reporting relationships, user access, integrations, and data quality across fleet systems.
  • Support system changes and rollouts, including testing, field communication, and resolution of adoption issues.
  • Make fleet and driving information available in a form that helps leaders coach drivers, understand risk, manage vehicle use, and make decisions.

Reporting, Data Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop, validate, and distribute fleet, telematics, and camera reports that provide timely, practical visibility to field and leadership teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy for vehicle records, odometer readings, driver assignments, maintenance status, and vendor system records.
  • Analyze fleet trends, service performance, exceptions, and recurring field issues; recommend process improvements and track follow-through.

  • Prior experience supervising or leading administrative, field support, or vendor-management work is preferred.
  • Experience with fleet management systems, telematics, in-cab camera programs, maintenance coordination, and fuel programs is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance coordination, fuel controls, roadside services, and vendor management.
  • Working knowledge of telematics and camera platforms, including configuration, reporting, device health, user access, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage fleet hierarchies, driver assignments, and data quality across multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn fleet data into clear, actionable reports and improvement plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with field personnel, leadership, and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize competing priorities, resolve issues promptly, and follow through on commitments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard business systems; experience with Holman, Geotab, or GoFocus Plus is a plus.
  • Commitment to safe driving, service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational accountability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
