Ben jij onze nieuwe Functioneel applicatie specialist? Wij zijn een innovatief softwarehuis dat bedrijven helpt met maatwerk softwareoplossingen. Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Helpdesk Medewerker. Heb jij een passie voor technologie en het oplossen van vraagstukken? Wat ga je doen? Als Helpdesk Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Jij helpt ze met technische vragen over onze softwareproducten en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele problemen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost. Je werkt samen met het technische team om complexe issues verder te onderzoeken en zorgt voor heldere communicatie naar de klant.

Jouw taken:

  • Aanmaken voor tickets in ons Jira registratiesysteem voor vragen ontvangen via email, Teams en telefonisch contact.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij het gebruik van onze software.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en zorgen voor oplossingen (d.m.v. analyse documenten, onderzoek in de DB).
  • Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars om softwareproblemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
  • Documenteren van incidenten, oplossingen en verbeterpunten.
  • Bieden van advies en training aan klanten waar nodig.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting, of hebt werkervaring waardoor je op dit niveau werkt.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een klantgerichte functie, bij voorkeur in een helpdesk of supportomgeving.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van software en IT-systemen.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier overbrengen.
  • Je bent geduldig, oplossingsgericht en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed.
  • Je hebt eerder gewerkt met SQL-databases (grote pré)
  • Je hebt logistieke of zelfs wasserij ervaring (grote pré)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en kan jezelf behoorlijk redden in een andere moderne vreemde taal

Over ons bedrijf: ABS Laundry Business Solutions, opgericht in 1987, is een automatiseringsbedijr met een specialisme in het implementeren van bedrijfskritische software oplossingen voor de Industriële wasserijindustrie.

ABS is een wereldwijde marketleider in deze niche met zo’n 175 toegewijde medewerkers over de hele wereld (o.a. Frankrijk, Japan, Noord Amerika, het Verenigd Koninkrijk) met het hoofdkantoor in Boxtel. ABS Laundry Business Solutions is sinds 2022 volledig eigendom van de Zweede groep VITEC Software, met 47 Business Units en 1430 medewerkers.

Onze software is ge-evolueert tot een volledig geïntegreerde Contract Management en ERP pakket, dat gebruik maakt van moderne techniek voor kleine tot (middel)grote wasserijen, en ABS is ISO 9001 en 27001 gecertificeerd.
