· Liaise with hospital and ASC operating room staff and surgical teams to schedule procedures, ensuring all necessary forms have been completed and submitted; and all necessary resources are in place.

· Monitor the availability of surgical equipment, supplies, and instruments.

· Maintain accurate surgical records, including patient information and procedure details.

4. Post-Operative Follow-Up:

· Coordinate post-operative appointments for patients.

· Assist in tracking patient recovery and addressing any post-operative concerns or complications.

· Communicate with patients regarding surgical outcomes and provide appropriate resources for their recovery.

5. Insurance and Billing:

· Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorization for surgical procedures.

· Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.

· As needed, provide patients with educational materials and information about surgical procedures, potential risks, and expected outcomes.

Who you are:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
