Was macht die Ausbildung so besonders?

Kaum jemand kennt die Bereiche eines Hotels so gut wie Hotelfachleute. Denn im Laufe der Ausbildung arbeiten Hotelfachleute in jeder Abteilung des Hotels aktiv mit. So kannst du während deiner Ausbildung nicht nur vielfältige Erfahrungen sammeln, sondern auch dein individuelles Spezialgebiet feststellen, in dem du nachdeiner Ausbildung arbeiten möchtest.

Hierzu gehören vor allem die Bereiche:

  • Rezeption: Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Restaurant: Service im Restaurant-, Bar- und Bankettbereich
  • Housekeeping: Reinigung und Dekoration der Gästezimmer
  • Reservierung: Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Reservierungen
  • Event: Organisation von kleinen und großen Veranstaltungen
  • Revenue-/ Channel-Management: Betreuung und Verbesserung der Vertriebskanäle und -prozesse

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über einen Hauptschulabschluss, mittlere Reife oder allgemeine Hochschulreife
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Freundlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit & Zuverlässigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken
