Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

  • Freundliche und aufgeschlossene Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Du begeisterst unsere Gäste für die Produkte des Hauses und berätst diese aktiv
  • Sicherstellung des Check-In und Check-Out unserer Gäste
  • Kommunikation mit Gästen per E-Mail, Telefon und persönlich an der Rezeption
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Restaurant und Management, um unseren Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards

Das bringst du mit:

  • Freude am Gästekontakt, ein gepflegtes Auftreten und eine positive Ausstrahlung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption oder im Gästeservice wünschenswert – gerne auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit Leidenschaft für Hotellerie
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch wenn’s mal trubelig wird
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert)
  • Den Rest bringen wir Dir sehr gerne bei!
