Voor onze klant te Lokeren zijn wij op zoke naar een Acconting Executive

Je staat in voor verscheidene taken.

Daarbij kijk je verder dan de cijfers alleen: je leert ook de link met onze productie kennen en ontdekt hoe de financiële administratie aansluit bij wat er dagelijks op de werkvloer gebeurt.

Taken:

• Je boekt hoofdzakelijk Aankoop- en Verkoopfacturen in

• Het nauwkeuring aanmaken en beheren van Masterdata van klanten in het ERP systeem/Exact

• Credit en Debit control

• Bewaken van cashplanning

• Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen via Exact/Isabel

• Meewerken aan de maand -en jaarafsluiting onder leiding van het extern accountantskantoor en omvat vnl. het uitvoeren van een aantal controletaken en het tijdig voorzien van alle benodigde info, contracten...

• Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of equivalent door ervaring

• Je bent sterk cijfermatig ingesteld en accuraat

• Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig werken

• Je bent Nederlandstalig , kennis van Frans en Engels is een troef

• Je kan vlot overweg met de bekende Office programma’s.

• Kennis van het pakket Exact Online is niet vereist maar wel een troef

• Je bent gepassioneerd door digitalisering

• Je bent leergierig en nieuwsgierig naar de link tussen cijfers en productie. Je wilt graag begrijpen hoe onze processen in de praktijk verlopen en denkt enthousiast mee over implementatie

• Je bent communicatief en klantgericht
