Als technisch adviseur carrosserie/schadebeheerder in Erembodegem coordineer je schadegevallen van start tot en met afhandeling. Je bent de schakel tussen klant, verzekeringsmaatschappij en technische teams, waarbij je schadebeoordelingen digitale opmaakt (tablet, foto’s, schaderapporten) en prijsoffertes stelt. Je volgt vervangwagens en planning, beheert dossiers (PlanManager/Cavalato, Car-Pass, Informex Claims360) en communiceert vlot over voortgang. Klantenservice + administratie + organisatie vormen jouw mix.

Profiel

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en affiniteit met wagens. Een technische achtergrond binnen de automotive sector is een sterke meerwaarde. Heb je al ervaring binnen carrosserie of schadeherstel? Dan heb je absoluut een streepje voor: jouw technische kennis helpt je om schade aan voertuigen sneller te herkennen en correct in te schatten. Minstens even belangrijk is hoe jij met onze klanten omgaat: toegankelijk, eerlijk en communicatief, met een glimlach die je ook op drukke momenten weet te bewaren.
  • Je voelt je goed in een functie met veel klantencontact en telefonie. Een drukke receptie schrikt je niet af en je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende klanten en taken.
  • Comfortabel met diverse IT-tools (Claims360, PlanManager, Car-Pass, Ubench).
  • Klantgericht, strategisch en multitasker, met vlotte Nederlands/Frans-basis.
  • Flexibel, initiatiefrijk en teamplayer, met bereidheid om ocassioneel avonduren in te zetten.
