Je komt terecht in een warm en hecht team van 4 directe collega’s binnen een organisatie die in volle expansie is en bouwt aan een gloednieuw magazijn. ??? Jouw dag als Logistiek Administratief Bediende

  • Klantencommunicatie: Je onderhoudt dagelijks professionele en vlotte contacten met internationale klanten, hoofdzakelijk in het Engels.
  • Transportcoördinatie: Je volgt de transportstromen administratief op en zorgt dat alles op wieltjes loopt.
  • Orderverwerking (groeipad): Zodra je goed ingewerkt bent, neem je ook de nauwkeurige en efficiënte verwerking van de binnenkomende orders voor jouw rekening.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je bewaart nauwgezet het overzicht en de precisie binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.

  • MUST: Je communiceert professioneel en vloeiend in het Engels, aangezien dit de voertaal op de werkvloer is.
  • MUST: Je bent administratief ervaren binnen de logistieke sector werkt uiterst nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en sociaal in de omgang met klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die houdt van korte lijnen, flexibiliteit en samenwerken.
