Voor onze klant, een bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in industriebouw en gelegen te Oudsbergen, zoeken we een Projectleider.

Wij zijn ze

  • een flexibel bouwbedrijf in industriebouw, kantoorbouw, renovatie en retail , opgericht in 2001, klasse 5
  • zeer klantgericht - de klant komt op de eerste plaats bij al de bouwprojecten
  • voorstander van samenwerking - ze geloven dat werken in teams, waarin iedereen zijn expertise kan inzetten en elkaar kan helpen, leidt tot uitmuntendheid

Jij kan

  • de verantwoordelijkheid dragen van A tot Z voor de opvolging, optimalisatie en realisatie van de uw toegewezen projecten
  • de contacten onderhouden met alle betrokken partijen waaronder de bouwheer, de architecten, de leveranciers en de onderaannemers
  • instaan voor de budgettaire opvolging en het financiële resultaat
  • planning opmaken van personeel, materiaal en materieel
  • de uitgevoerde werken controleren op vlak van kwaliteit en toezien op de veiligheid van medewerkers
  • contacten onderhouden met het bouwteam waaronder de opdrachtgever, de architect en het studiebureau
  • de medewerkers op de werf aansturen en motiveren

Profiel

Jij bent

  • in het bezit van een diploma technische opleiding bouw: ingenieursopleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ervaren maar belangrijker: je hebt een passie voor de bouw en een zin voor werken en bij te leren
  • leidinggevend: je kan mensen inspireren en aansturen om de werken correct uit te voeren
  • een echte teamplayer: bouwprojecten realiseren kun je niet alleen. Het is dus belangrijk dat je deel uit maakt van het team
  • vlot Nederlandstalig - kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een extra troef
  • proactief van aard - je anticipeert op mogelijke problemen
