Wil je je technische nieuwsgierigheid dagelijks inzetten om anderen te helpen? Als Technical Advisor speelt u een sleutelrol in de ondersteuning van onze abonnees en het waarborgen van de goede werking van hun alarmsysteem. In uw rol als technisch klantadviseur biedt u concrete oplossingen en zorgt u voor echte gemoedsrust bij de gebruikers.

U bent dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Diagnose & Probleemoplossing: Technische storingen telefonisch behandelen met de nodige methode en gezond verstand.
  • Advies & Begeleiding: Vragen van abonnees beantwoorden en hen begeleiden bij het optimale gebruik van hun bewakingsapparatuur.
  • Klantrelatie: Zorgen voor een warme, dynamische en efficiënte telefonische opvolging bij elk gesprek.

Profiel

Gevraagd profiel:

  • Succesvolle ervaring in klantrelaties en een uitstekende telefonische vaardigheid.
  • Sterke affiniteit met en nieuwsgierigheid naar techniek en nieuwe technologieën.
  • Uitstekende klantgerichtheid, dynamiek, reactievermogen en een groot gezond verstand.
  • Flexibele werkhouding ten opzichte van een ploegenrooster (maandag tot zaterdag tussen 8u00 en 19u30, zon- en feestdagen tussen 9u00 en 18u00, met gemiddeld 1 gewerkte zaterdag op 3 die recht geeft auf een rustdag in de week).
  • Vermogen om snel aan te passen aan nieuwe IT-tools of beheerssoftware.
  • Teamgeest en een passie voor het rechtstreeks oplossen van problemen.
  • Tweetalig zijn in het Frans en het Nederlands

Wat je van ons krijgt

Salaris en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden:

  • Een contract van 40 uur per week met 12 ADV-dagen (arbeidsduurvermindering) per jaar.
  • Een basissalaris van € 3.040 bruto per maand.
  • Een 13e maand als beloning voor uw inzet.
  • Maaltijdcheques ter waarde van € 10 per gewerkte dag.
  • Een volledige en betaalde training vanaf uw aankomst om uw vaardigheden als technisch adviseur te ontwikkelen.
