Dans le Jura, au cœur d’un territoire où la proximité des soins constitue un enjeu essentiel, notre association développe un projet ambitieux : la création d’un Centre de Santé Polyvalent, pensé pour répondre au plus près aux besoins de la population.

Dans ce contexte porteur de sens, nous recrutons un(e) Médecin Généraliste salarié(e) souhaitant s’inscrire dans un exercice coordonné, humain et de proximité.

Vous intégrerez une équipe pluridisciplinaire engagée, avec l’objectif de proposer aux patients du territoire une prise en charge globale, intégrée et continue, en lien notamment avec des infirmier·ères de soins généraux .

VOS MISSIONS

  • Assurer des consultations médicales au centre
  • Prendre en charge les pathologies aiguës et chroniques
  • Assurer le suivi des personnes en perte d’autonomie ainsi que des patients en soins palliatifs
  • Travailler en coordination avec les professionnels de santé et acteurs médico-sociaux du territoire
  • Participer à la construction et au développement d’un parcours de soins innovant, intégré et solidaire
  • Contribuer à une médecine de proximité fondée sur la continuité, la prévention et la qualité des soins
