Venez intégrer l'équipe du CENTRE DE SOINS VIVAT PEVELE, actuellement composé de 3 infirmières. Le CENTRE adhère également au projet EQUILIBRES (sur l'autonomisation des patients et la vision globale du soin) et fait partie du GCSMS VIVAT depuis le 1er Janvier 2025.

Professionnel(le) enthousiaste et expérimenté pour le soin à domicile, vous prenez votre place au sein d'une équipe indépendante d'infirmiers/infirmières qui interviennent au domicile (Centre de Soins infirmiers).

Vous évaluez les besoins des patients, et de leur entourage, et cherchez avec l'équipe commenter et répondre du mieux possible, en ayant pour objectif de préserver ou reconstituer l'autonomie des personnes.

Vous accordez une attention particulière à la qualité des relations humaines, avec les patients, les collègues et les partenaires du territoire. Vous êtes extrêmement exigeant quant à la qualité de votre travail, et de celui de vos paires, et pour cela vous cherchez à toujours vous interroger sur les possibilités éventuelles de faire "mieux", dans une optique de "se rendre inutile le plus vite possible". Profil

Nous recherchons un profil :

- Avec une expérience du domicile serait un +++

- Ayant l'envie de s'améliorer constamment

- Très rigoureuse et de nature organisée

- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique et du numérique (base en Excel, Word, Google drive)

- Autonome dans les soins

- Atout pour la coordination
