Deine Aufgaben umfassen

Als Senior Product Manager Digital Health (m/w/d) spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, unser bestehendes digitales Therapieangebot weiterzuentwickeln und auszubauen. Du treibst maßgeblich voran, wie wir Patient:innen und Ärzt:innen künftig noch besser bei der Behandlung und Reduktion muskuloskelettaler Schmerzen unterstützen können.

Je nach Erfahrung und aktuellem Fokus übernimmst Du Verantwortung für einen zentralen Produkt- oder Wachstumsbereich entlang unserer Patient:innen-, Therapie- oder Praxis-Journey – als Schnittstelle zwischen medizinischer Relevanz, technischer Machbarkeit, regulatorischen Anforderungen und kommerziellem Erfolg. Dabei konzipierst, validierst und priorisierst Du neue Produkt- und Serviceideen und bereitest diese strukturiert für die Umsetzung vor.

Deine Arbeit legt den Grundstein für den Ausbau unseres Produkt- und Serviceportfolios, stärkt langfristige Kundenbeziehungen und schafft nachhaltigen Mehrwert – auch über die eigentliche Therapiephase hinaus.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Product Management (typischerweise 5+ Jahre), z. B. als Senior, Lead oder Principal Product Manager oder Product Owner, idealerweise im Digital Health, MedTech, DiGA oder ähnliche Bereiche. Du hast einen digitalen Produktbereich eigenständig verantwortet und kannst zeigen, wie Deine Entscheidungen Nutzer:innen- und Business-Outcomes verändert haben.
  • Outcome-orientierte Produktentwicklung: Du steuerst nach Wirkung, nicht nach Output – datengetriebene Entscheidungen sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Stakeholder Management und Cross-functional Leadership: Du kommunizierst sicher mit C-Level, Engineering, Regulatory und dem klinischen Team.
  • Mindset: Du besitzt ausgeprägte Empathie für den medizinischen Kontext, handelst proaktiv und bringst eine lösungsorientierte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • AI Fluency: Du nutzt KI pragmatisch in Discovery, Research, Analyse oder Prototyping und kannst einschätzen, wo sie Produktarbeit beschleunigt – und wo menschliches Judgement entscheidend bleibt.
  • Sprache: Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils mindestens C1) – Muttersprache ist keine Voraussetzung.

Schön, wenn Du außerdem mitbringst

  • Erfahrung in Healthcare, Digital Health, HealthTech, MedTech, Pharma, Digital Therapeutics oder Clinical Software – ideal mit direkter DiGA-Erfahrung und Kenntnissen des regulatorischen Rahmens (DiGA, MDR).
  • Erfahrung mit Ärzt:innen, Praxisteams, medizinischen Fachangestellten, Patient:innen oder anderen Akteur:innen im Gesundheitswesen.
