Estamos em busca de 1 Jovem aprendiz para se juntar ao nosso time Administrativo!

As principais responsabilidades envolvem a organização e o controle de arquivos físicos e digitais, a realização de conferências básicas de faturamento de contas médicas, além do apoio às rotinas administrativas da área.

JOVEM APRENDIZ - ADMINISTRATIVO

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

Realizar a separação dos prontuários por empresa, garantindo a organização e a correta identificação dos documentos.

Digitalizar prontuários, contribuindo para a atualização e centralização dos arquivos digitais.

Emitir códigos de logística reversa para postagem e envio dos malotes.

Localizar e disponibilizar prontuários conforme as solicitações recebidas.

Apoiar os processos de transferência e movimentação dos prontuários entre empresas e prestadores.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office

Boa comunicação

Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial na Av. Paulista

Nossos benefícios:
