Wat draag je bij?

VluchtelingenWerk ondersteunt vluchtelingen en asielzoekers vanaf het moment dat ze worden opgevangen in Nederland totdat ze zelfstandig hun weg hebben gevonden in de Nederlandse samenleving. Aan de bewoners van de opvanglocatie in Zeewolde, Dronten en Luttelgeest bieden wij juridische ondersteuning en begeleiding. Dit om mensen in hun roerige situatie rust en duidelijkheid te kunnen geven over hun situatie.

Als administratief medewerker zorg je er met jouw ondersteuning voor dat teamleiders en andere vrijwilligers zich goed kunnen richten op de inhoudelijke juridische begeleiding. Samen maken jullie het verschil voor mensen die alles achter hebben moeten laten.

Wat ga je doen?

De werkzaamheden kunnen, afhankelijk van de bewoner-samenstelling van de opvanglocaties, wat verschillen. Je gaat in ieder geval volop (leren) werken met ons digitale Vluchteling Volg Systeem (VVS).

Jouw taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Verwerken van bewonerslijsten van opvanglocaties
  • Opvragen en/of verhuizen van digitale dossiers
  • Bijhouden van je mailbox en de locatie-mailbox
  • Informeren van advocaten over verhuizingen van cliënten

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent beschikbaar op minimaal 1 en bij voorkeur 2 dagdelen per week op dinsdag, woensdag en/of donderdag
  • Je hebt (bij voorkeur) ervaring met administratief werk en programma’s zoals Excel
  • Je hebt interesse in juridische processen en het werken met cliëntdossiers
  • Je hebt goede computervaardigheden (essentieel)
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
