Unsere Systeme optimieren den Tunnelbau – von der Navigation für Tunnelbohrmaschinen bis hin zu Lösungen für die Tübbingproduktion und das Sicherheitsmonitoring. Zudem bieten wir hochpräzise Automatisierungslösungen für Fertigungsprozesse.

Mit mehr als 220 Mitarbeitenden weltweit und als Teil des Herrenknecht-Konzerns setzen wir in komplexen Infrastrukturprojekten kontinuierlich neue Maßstäbe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT am Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n Werkstudent (m/w/d) IT mit ca. 20 Stunden/Woche Arbeitszeit.

Deine Mission

  • Unterstützung des ERP-Teams: Dein Fokus liegt in der Unterstützung des ERP-Teams bei Auswertungen, Datenbankabfragen und hilfst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung des Systems, damit unsere Prozesse noch effizienter werden.
  • Erstellung von Supportdokumenten: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von mehrsprachigen Supportdokumenten und sorgst dafür, dass diese allen Mitarbeiter*innen zur Verfügung stehen, um den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichtern.
  • IT-Schulungen: Du bereitest Schulungen zu IT-Themen vor und führst diese durch. Dabei zeigst du, wie spannend und verständlich Technologie sein kann.

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Studium: Du bist aktuell in einem Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet und bringst ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe mit.
  • Fachliche Kenntnisse: Du hast erste Erfahrungen in SQL-Abfragen, Excel sowie Power BI gesammelt und möchtest dein Wissen in diesen Bereichen weiter ausbauen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist kommunikativ und kannst komplexe IT-Themen einfach und verständlich erklären – sowohl vor kleinen Gruppen als auch im Einzelgespräch.
  • Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen: Du hast vielleicht bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Ticketsystemen und ERP-Systemen und hast Lust, dich in diese Themen weiter einzuarbeiten.
  • MS Office-Kenntnisse: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, besonders Excel, und beherrschst die Grundlagen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
