Estabelecer e gerenciar políticas de crédito e cobrança, visando normas e procedimentos de análise e concessāo de crédito, vendas, contratos, até o recebimento final. Mitigar riscos de inadimplência e despesas através de planejamento, processos e ferramentas de consultas atualizadas de mercado. Realizar a gestão de indicadores, garantindo a manutenção e o crescimento da carteira de clientes.

O seu desafio será 🚀

  • Ajudar o cliente sobre financiamento, com agilidade no atendimento e conhecimento dos produtos da empresa; tratar diferentes tipos de situações indicadas pelo cliente;
  • Identificar a necessidade do cliente e trazer uma solução prática e objetiva, conforme procedimento do produto e/ou serviço;
  • Negociar formas de pagamento, análise de títulos em aberto, registrar em sistema: informações de negociação, histórico de atendimento e atualização de cadastro;
  • Auxiliar na análise de crédito, prestando suporte no levantamento e análise de clientes; consultar órgãos de proteção ao crédito e organizar documentação de pessoa física e jurídica;
  • Ter boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e capacidade analítica numérica.

  • Experiência com cobrança e teleatendimento;
  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de segunda á sábado das 14:20 as 20:40.
