A missão 💼

Esse Especialista será responsável por conduzir e coordenar integralmente o processo de auditoria externa, atuando como principal interface entre a companhia e os auditores independentes. Atuando nas atividades de planejamento, testes de controles internos, testes substantivos, circularização e atendimento às demandas de auditoria, assegurando a qualidade, consistência e tempestividade das informações financeiras disponibilizadas. Preparação das demonstrações financeiras individuais e consolidadas, garantindo aderência às normas contábeis vigentes e aos requisitos regulatórios. Além disso, acompanhar a implementação dos planos de ação decorrentes das recomendações de auditoria, contribuindo para o fortalecimento dos controles internos, mitigação de riscos e melhoria contínua dos processos contábeis e financeiros.

O seu desafio será 🚀

  • Coordenar integralmente o processo de auditoria externa, atuando como principal ponto de contato entre a companhia e os auditores independentes, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas e a qualidade das entregas;
  • Planejar e conduzir o atendimento das auditorias trimestrai, semestrais e anuais, incluindo a organização de documentação, elaboração de cronogramas e alinhamento com as áreas envolvidas;
  • Acompanhar a execução dos testes de controles internos e testes substantivos, assegurando a disponibilidade, consistência e rastreabilidade das evidências requeridas pela auditoria;
  • Conduzir e acompanhar o processo de circularização de saldos junto as áreas envolvidas;
  • Preparar as demonstrações financeiras individuais e consolidadas, incluindo notas explicativas, garantindo conformidade com as normas contábeis aplicáveis (CPC/IFRS) e requerimentos regulatórios;
  • Avaliar impactos de novas normas, transações relevantes, reorganizações societárias e demais temas com potencial reflexo nas demonstrações financeiras;
  • Monitorar e acompanhar a implementação das recomendações emitidas pelos auditores externos, garantindo a definição e execução dos planos de ação pelas áreas responsáveis.

Além disso, é interessante que você tenha🤙

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, com CRC ativo;
  • Experiência de 6 anos em contabilidade, com forte conhecimento técnico em normas contábeis;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos em CPC, IFRS, Excel avançado, ERP (Protheus TOTVS).
