Deine Mission: Pflegewissen einbringen, KI-Modelle weiterentwickeln

Als Werkstudent:in Data Annotation im Bereich Hospital beurteilst du, wie gut unsere KI-Modelle den fachlichen Ansprüchen von Pflegekräften gerecht werden. Dein Pflegewissen wird zum Maßstab: Mit deinem Feedback zeigst du uns, wo die Modelle schon überzeugen und wo sie noch nachbessern müssen.

- Du teilst dein Wissen rund um die Pflegepraxis im Krankenhaus

- Zusammen mit dem Team erarbeitest du konkrete Anforderungen an die Datenqualität

- Du erkennst Fehler, Grenzfälle und Muster in den Daten und formulierst konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge

🤝 Dein Skillset - Was du mitbringst

- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder praktische Erfahrung in der Krankenpflege in einem Krankenhauskontext

- Du kennst die Arbeitsrealität von Pflegekräften im Krankenhaus aus der Praxis und kannst dich in ihre Erwartungen hineinversetzen

- Neugier, wie KI Pflegekräfte im Alltag entlasten kann

- Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick

- Bereitschaft, an wöchentlichen Teammeetings teilzunehmen

- Du bist an einer deutschen Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten
