De functie

Als Coördinator Tendermanagement/Calculator verzamel je uiteenlopende informatie en data voor onderhoudsaanbestedingen. De aangeleverde onderhoudsconcepten analyseer je en controleer je op inhoud. Waar nodig stel je kritische vragen over de inhoud, om samen tot de beste informatie te komen. Daarna zorg je dat deze informatie vertaald wordt in overzichtelijke financiële overzichten. Als alle data inzichtelijk is, deel je deze informatie met het Tenderteam en de eventueel betrokken operationele onderhoudsgebieden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzamelt de informatie voor het opstellen van de aanbiedingsbegrotingen, inclusief benodigde capaciteit voor personeel, materieel, materiaal en onder aanneming;
  • Je verwerkt de offertes in de begroting;
  • Je analyseert cijfers en vertaalt deze naar rapportages voor het tenderteam;
  • Je bedenkt creatieve oplossingen om tot een onderscheidende aanbieding te komen;
  • Je bent als een Sherlock Holmes bezig met het verzamelen en analyseren van data die je nodig hebt bij het opstellen van de aanbiedingsbegroting;
  • Je slaat samen met je team een brug tussen de verschillende disciplines, bestaande uit onder andere uitvoerende afdelingen, contractmanagement en engineering.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als Calculator, Tender Medewerker, Technisch Specialist of Contract Medewerker/Coördinator van meerjarige onderhoudsgebieden;
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, GWW of Bouwkunde;
  • Je werkt secuur, je bent goed met cijfers en en in het leggen van verbanden;
  • Excel kent geen geheimen, kennis van ERP is een pré;
  • Je staat sterk genoeg in je schoenen om kritische vragen te stellen;
  • Je denkt graag mee over kansen en risico’s en de bijbehorende beheersmaatregelen;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig aan je projecten, maar vergeet hierbij niet het teambelang.

Wat krijg je hier voor terug?

  • Een jaarcontract met de intentie te verlengen naar onbepaalde tijd;
  • Een salaris van € 3.683 tot € 5.091 per maand, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring;
