The posting

Ben jij een ervaren veiligheidskundige (HVK of IVK) en wil je meewerken aan de veiligheid van medewerkers die dagelijks buiten aan het spoor werken? VolkerRail zoekt een Expert Veiligheid & Gezondheid (KAM/Arbo) die op strategisch niveau bijdraagt aan een veilige werkomgeving en het beheersen van risico's binnen de spoorsector. Over de afdeling KAM (KVGDM)

Je maakt onderdeel uit van de KAM-afdeling (Kwaliteit, Veiligheid, Gezondheid, Duurzaamheid en Milieu — KVGDM). Dit team borgt de veiligheid, duurzaamheid en kwaliteit binnen VolkerRail.

Wat ga je doen als Veiligheidskundige bij VolkerRail?

In samenwerking met de directie, het managementteam en de operationele veiligheidskundigen til jij de veiligheidscultuur naar een hoger niveau. Je taken:

  • Je implementeert en coördineert programma's zoals de Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) en VCA;
  • Je stelt veiligheidsprocedures op, gebaseerd op arbowetgeving, normen, de branche-arbocatalogus en interne afspraken — en houdt deze actueel;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor complexe incidentonderzoeken en analyseert oorzaken om ervan te leren;
  • Je analyseert trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van veiligheid binnen de gehele organisatie;
  • Je adviseert over en implementeert verbeteringen, zowel binnen VolkerRail als branchebreed;
  • Je hebt kennis van RI&E's, ongevallenonderzoek, werken op hoogte, NEN 3140, machineveiligheid, het opstellen van procedures, het uitvoeren van audits en managementsystemen.

Wat krijg je daarvoor terug?

  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd, met de intentie dit om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Een uitdagende functie voor 32-40 uur per week;
  • Salaris tussen € 4.200 en € 6.500 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring), uitbetaald in 13 periodes van 4 weken;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 8 roostervrije dagen (ADV);
  • Goede mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
  • Hybride werken, met thuiswerkvoorzieningen en een thuiswerkvergoeding;
  • Een uitstekende pensioenregeling;

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als veiligheidskundige, of ruime kennis van wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot het spoor;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma Hoger Veiligheidskunde (HVK) of Integrale Veiligheidskunde (IVK) met arbospecialisatie;
  • Je herkent jezelf in: leergierig, beleidsmakend, organisatiesensitief, samenwerkingsgericht, analytisch en pragmatisch;
  • Je krijgt energie van beleidsmatig werken, continu verbeteren en technische uitdagingen.
