Ben jij een maintenance professional en wil je werken aan het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en prestaties van essentiële assets binnen de railinfra? Als Maintenance Engineer krijg je de ruimte om onderhoudsconcepten te ontwikkelen, technische analyses uit te voeren en een directe bijdrage te leveren aan veilig en betrouwbaar spoorvervoer. Uiteraard bieden wij je daarbij uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden, volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden en de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Maintenance Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsconcepten voor elektrotechnische installaties en technische systemen. Je draagt bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en beschikbare infrastructuur door onderhoudsstrategieën op te stellen, prestaties te analyseren en verbeteringen door te voeren.

Je werkt nauw samen met contractteams, projectteams, klanten en onderhoudsorganisaties. Vanuit jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat assets gedurende de looptijd van contracten blijven voldoen aan de gestelde eisen tegen beheersbare kosten en risico’s. De systemen waarmee je werkt bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen de domeinen energievoorziening, besturing en beveiliging.

Jouw taken zijn o.a.:

  • Ontwikkelen, beheren, implementeren en evalueren van onderhoudsconcepten en onderhoudsstrategieën;
  • Uitvoeren van FMEA-, FMECA- en andere risico- en betrouwbaarheidsanalyses;
  • Analyseren van storingen, degradatiepatronen en onderhoudsgegevens om verbeterkansen te identificeren;
  • Adviseren over onderhoudsmaatregelen, levensduurverlenging en vervangingsvraagstukken;
  • Ondersteunen van contractteams bij technische vraagstukken rondom betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid van assets;
  • Vertalen van technische risico’s naar praktische en uitvoerbare onderhoudsmaatregelen;
  • Bijdragen aan de implementatie van Asset Management-methodieken en risicogestuurd onderhoud;
  • Ondersteunen bij tenders, innovaties en verbetertrajecten vanuit onderhouds- en betrouwbaarheidsperspectief;
  • Actief bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek of een vergelijkbare technische studie;
  • Circa 1 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het onderhoud, assetmanagement of reliability engineering;
  • Ervaring met onderhouds- en risicomanagementmethodieken zoals FMEA, FMECA, RCM of vergelijkbare technieken;
  • Ervaring met data-analyse en onderhoudsmanagementsystemen;
  • Affiniteit met Asset Management conform ISO 55001 en de ambitie om bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van dit vakgebied.
