Wat ga je doen?

Als Uitvoerder Industrie werk je samen met een hecht team aan diverse projecten binnen een industriële omgeving. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de Maashaven of Tata Steel. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van het werk en vormt de schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, volgens planning en conform kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Je bewaakt zelfstandig de voortgang van het project en organiseert oplossingen wanneer zich knelpunten voordoen;
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving en ziet toe op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • Je stuurt uitvoerende teams, onderaannemers en inhuurkrachten aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling;
  • Je stemt werkzaamheden af met de werkvoorbereider, projectleider en opdrachtgevers;
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en kosten tijdens de uitvoering en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

In het geval van minderwerk, kun je voor de afwisseling ook ingezet worden in het werkveld Lightrail (metro/tram) projecten binnen VolkerRail.

Wat vragen we van jou:

  • Je hebt MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau; bij voorkeur richting de civiele techniek of GWW;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als uitvoerder in de (rail)infra- of bouwsector;
  • Je bent ook (financieel) administratief onderlegt.
