Ben jij HBO-afgestudeerd en geïnteresseerd in projectbeheersing? Voor onze spoorprojecten zoeken wij een Junior Projectbeheerser. Je werkt aan uitdagende infraprojecten, ontvangt een goed salaris én krijgt maar liefst 43 vakantiedagen per jaar. Wat je gaat doen

Binnen VolkerRail kom je binnen in het team Projectbeheersing. De projectbeheerser zorgt ervoor dat projecten en tenders van VolkerRail beheersbaar blijven binnen gestelde kaders van tijd, kwaliteit en geld. Samen met 12 collega’s ontwikkelen wij kennis op ons vakgebied en dragen wij deze kennis uit naar de organisatie. Als Junior Projectbeheerser draag je bij aan een beheerst, effectief en efficiënt verloop. Dit doe je door de projectbeheersing aspecten en de benodigde systemen hier voor in te richten. Hierdoor draag je bij aan winnende aanbiedingen en de faalkostenreductie op de projecten en heb je direct een belangrijke bijdrage in de winst van VolkerRail.

Jouw taken zijn o.a.:

  • Het opzetten en implementeren van processen zoals systems engineering, documentmanagement, risicomanagement, afwijkingen-beheersing, kwaliteitsmanagement en opleverproces;
  • Het (Mede) opstellen van kwaliteitsplannen;
  • Plannen, organiseren en faciliteren van sessies, bijvoorbeeld een risicosessie of eisen analysesessie voor het projectteam;
  • Fungeren als vraagbaak voor teamleden over deze processen;
  • Monitoren van de processen binnen projecten en tenders, knelpunten signaleren en meedenken- en werken aan een oplossing;
  • Continue verbeteren, professionaliseren en standaardiseren van processen en systemen.

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.380,- en € 4.100,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en ervaring;

Wat vragen wij?

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld technische bedrijfskunde, civiele techniek, built environment of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week;
  • Werkervaring in bijvoorbeeld de werkvoorbereiding, kwaliteit of projectcoördinatie is een pré, geen vereiste;
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en adviserend vermogen;
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie en kan schakelen op zowel operationeel als tactisch niveau.
