Ben jij een Veiligheidskundige en wil je meewerken aan de veiligheid van onze medewerkers, waarvan het merendeel buiten aan het spoor werkt? VolkerRail is op zoek naar een KAM Coördinator met expertise Veiligheid die bijdraagt aan de borging en optimalisatie van een veilige werkomgeving en het beheersen van risico’s binnen het eigen expertisegebied. Veilig onderweg, daar doen we het voor!

De afdeling

Als KAM Coördinator maak je onderdeel uit van onze afdeling KVGDM. Het team bestaat uit een Teamleider, drie Experts V&G, een Expert Duurzaamheid & Milieu, een Expert Kwaliteitsmanagement en drie coördinatoren KVGDM. Samen is het team verantwoordelijk voor een zeer belangrijke taak; het borgen van de veiligheid, duurzaamheid én kwaliteit van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

In samenwerking met directie, het managementteam en de operationele veiligheidskundigen, breng jij veiligheid naar een hoog niveau.

  • Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van programma’s zoals Safety Culture Ladder (SCL), en VCA;
  • Je ondersteunt bij de implementatie van beleid door middel van het opstellen van procedures en toolboxen en het organiseren van o.a. trainingen;
  • Je voert complexe incidentonderzoeken uit en analyseert oorzaken met als doel ervan te leren;
  • Je analyseert trends en ontwikkelingen m.b.t. veiligheid binnen de gehele organisatie;
  • Je doet interne audits en adviseert en implementeert verbeteringen binnen het vakgebied, niet alleen binnen de organisatie maar ook branche breed;
  • Je bent bekend met opstellen van RI&E's, ongevalsonderzoek, opstellen procedures en hebt kennis van managementsystemen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als veiligheidskundige binnen de bouw, energie of industrie sector;
  • Je hebt naast een afgeronde HBO techniek opleiding ook het diploma Hoger Veiligheidskunde (HVK);
  • Je herkent jezelf in de volgende competenties: leergierig, beleidsmakend, organisatiesensitiviteit, samenwerken, analytisch, pragmatisch;
  • Je krijgt energie van beleidsmatig werken, continu verbeteren en technische uitdagingen;

Wat krijg je hier voor terug?

  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd met de intentie dit te verlengen en dan om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Een uitdagende functie voor 32-40 uur per week;
  • Salaris tussen de €3.700 en € 5.400 bruto maand op basis van 40 uur (afhankelijk van ervaring), uitbetaald in 13 periodes van 4 weken;
