De functie:

Als Leerling Monteur Energievoorziening ben je in de Contractgebieden Veluwe en Twente verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van inspectiewerkzaamheden, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingsherstelwerkzaamheden in het techniekveld Energievoorziening. Het spoor heeft zijn eigen energienetwerk en deze wordt door VolkerRail onderhouden in deze regio’s. Samen met jouw collega’s van de andere disciplines; Seinwezen, Bovenleidingen en Baan, zorgen jullie dat het spoor in de regio veilig is en voldoet aan alle kwaliteitseisen. Om de reizigers zo min mogelijk overlast te bezorgen, vindt veel onderhoud plaats in de nacht.

Hoe ziet jouw opleidingstraject eruit?

  • Je wordt meegenomen door jouw buddy (een ervaren beheerder) in het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en inspecties;
  • Je volgt diverse opleidingen waar je opgeleid wordt tot vakspecialist;
  • Je voert samen met jouw buddy onderhoudswerkzaamheden en inspecties uit en zorgt dat alles netjes digitaal wordt vastlegt;
  • Afhankelijk van je ervaring geef je leiding aan monteurs en inhuurmonteurs;
  • Je signaleert escalaties en gaat hier over in gesprek met de onderhoudscoördinator;
  • Het schakelen en aarden van elektrische installaties, is onderdeel van jouw werkzaamheden.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde Elektrotechnische MBO 2/3/4 opleiding; Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, een rooster per 4 weken ziet er ongeveer zo uit; 2 weken nachtdienst, 1 week bereikbaarheidsdienst, 1 week dagdienst 1 volledig weekend;
  • Je hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en wordt enthousiast van de spoorinfra;
  • Je bent woonachtig in de omgeving Veluwe of Twente;
