Jij weet hoe het werkt buiten. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt mensen aan en zorgt dat het werk veilig, volgens planning én met kwaliteit wordt uitgevoerd. Als Uitvoerder Lightrail bij VolkerRail krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over projecten waarmee duizenden reizigers dagelijks veilig hun bestemming bereiken.

Of het nu gaat om metro of tram: jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat het buiten gebeurt!

Als Uitvoerder Lightrail ben jij de spil tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten in stedelijk gebied waar techniek, logistiek en veiligheid samenkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders, monteurs, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.

Jij houdt het overzicht, neemt beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is en lost problemen op voordat ze vertraging veroorzaken.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Je organiseert en leidt de dagelijkse uitvoering van lightrailprojecten;
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget;
  • Je stuurt eigen medewerkers, onderaannemers en ingehuurde krachten aan;
  • Je signaleert risico's en lost knelpunten snel en adequaat op;
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, projectleiding en uitvoering;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk buiten efficiënt, veilig en volgens afspraak wordt gerealiseerd.

Je wordt onderdeel van de afdeling Lightrail & Industrie.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Civiele Techniek of GWW;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder binnen de infra-, rail- of bouwsector;
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap en het vermogen om mensen mee te krijgen;
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en resultaat;
  • Ervaring met (financiële) projectadministratie en voortgangsbewaking.
